Area Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist

Job Description

Job Qualifications

  • Conduct medical detailing visits to doctors and partners as per company requirements.
  • Deliver product presentations to groups of doctors, hospital departments, and related institutions.
  • Manage sales orders, forecast, and track product movement across all sales channels to meet targets.
  • Adhere to SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) requirements.
  • Build relationships with new doctors and increase business with existing ones.
  • Implement marketing activities as per the Activity Matrix.
  • Initiate territory activities aligned with product strategies.
  • Use and maintain company resources and tools effectively.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.
  • Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.
  • Candidate must have at least Bachelor's Degree in Business, Nursing, Marketing, Pharmacy or any equivalent.
  • With at least 3 years ofexperience in pharma sales.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  •  With strong business connections with doctors in the current or any other area
  • With a positive attitude towards work and understands the dynamics of sales in pharma industry.
  • With driver's license.
